P.S. Nothing Personal
This series plays with notions of self, representation, and perception in an era where digital platforms have expanded the possibilities for exposure.
We live under the illusion that we possess abundant information about other people’s lives—yet abundance doesn’t mean truth or depth. Through digital mediation, identity becomes commodified and fragmented, reduced to a curated, consumable version of the self.
In this series, I interact with the models to construct a narrative that is part mine and part theirs, allowing space for each to contribute to the projection. Still, the question remains—where is the true person, if such a thing even exists? The work leaves this unanswered, inviting the viewer to reflect on how much of our identity remains personal when every aspect is filtered, displayed, and exposed to the gaze of others.
Images from this series were exhibited at La Grande Vitrine Gallery (Arles, France) in 2024 during Rencontres Arles Off, and at Photobook Café (London, UK) in 2025.
