The “Interlude” project talks about social expectations, emotional survival and the search for a direction in life. I create tension, insecurity that arises due to the pressure of the environment in everyday life, through staged self-portraits in the home environment and still lifes that reflect the home and household chores. It is a space, a period, and a state distinct from what comes before and after it.
